Definitely look under google images, as well as http://www.deviantart.com and http://www.bmezine.com.
I'd say definitely bmezine since this site specializes in the community posting pictures of their tattoos or piercings.

Ok…. first I will say that I am a survivor of childhood abuse and rape. I designed a tattoo that has a thorny vine with rose buds with a very colorful butterfly on the vine. The vine goes around my right bicep. The meaning behind the design is "through all the love and pain I've endured, I can still spread my wings and fly"…
Also, I have a son (Noah) who was stillborn in 2000 – so I have his name on the back of my neck and "mi amor" under it. Then on my left forearm, I have an angel with "Noah 7-5-00" written under it. I also have doves on my body, and just made the appt tonight to have my next tattoo. It will be 8 shooting stars going down the inside of my left forearm to represent my 5 living children plus my 3 babies that never made it but who are still a big part of me. Each star will be in the childs birthstone.

Its a combination of a tribal tattoo and a Celtic cross (though the point at the end of the cross looks like a brooch but the design is a Celtic cross).
The tribal bit (black bit) I'm not sure about, its not Irish, the person who got it might be celebrating mixed heritage.
Celtic crosses can be seen around Ireland, especially in old monasteries. Supposedly St Patrick combined the symbol of the cross with the sun.
