tattoo idea for guy.. ?

im turning 18 and as my birthday present im going to give myself some tattoos. I was thinking that these would probably be the most meaningfull and tatoos that i wouldnt mind looking at for the rest of my life:
rosary on my wrist
important dates in my life on the left side of my back( i was thinking in cursive)
and ive always been really into tribal stuff.. always doodling stuff in class and was wondering what and where i shold get something tribal
(all are in black in by the way, i think color looks tacky in my opinion)

Ideas?Comments?Suggestions?

ALSO- if anyone knows a ballpark estimate that would be greatly apreciated

P.S: i am a white hispanic , played varsity football(QB) soccer and cross country so i guess i have a nice athletic body
tribal sun on my belly actually made me chuckle.. might as well get thuglife tattooed there instead? ;D
regarding the dates tatoo
the only dates that i have thought of so far are my birth date... passing of a friend.. first real girlfriend... lost virginity... im planning on adding more throughout my life as well
