Firstly I gotta say awkward place to get a tattoo, but the finished art is stunning =]
Frankly, you don't wait for your luck to magically improve. As my father would say, "you make your own luck!"
Your misfortunes will continue to drag you down the more you panic and get angry. For now, I think you should take a break, relax a bit and let your mind "clear itself". Then when you're feeling refreshed, start planning what you're going to do. The more you plan, the less likely things will go wrong, and the less problems to rectify. Also make sure you devise a plan B (and C).
You will reduce your chances of failure. Hence, you make your own luck. Success is in the preparation!
