no, most places you can take the camera in, pull out thememory card {usually cf or microdrive on the high end cams} and stik the card straight into the card reader… works out well, or you can upload them onto your personal computer, and send them to print via the web… walmart, walgreens, target all do this, and im sure many other places do also. walmart, you can order the prints to be ready in an hour, and pick them up at the store.. works out nice,and theyre prints in general arent to bad
