A fugitive on the lam in Mexico learned the hard way that Facebook isn't just for friends...it's for feds, too. Maxi Sopo, wanted in Seattle, WA for bank fraud, was having so much fun across the border that he had to share it with everyone on Facebook. Unfortunately for the would-be master criminal, this included a federal prosecutor. Now Sopo's awaiting extradition back to the states. This isn't the first time that a criminal managed to trip himself up playing with social media. Just a few days ago Italian authorities managed to catch up with fugitive mafioso Pasquale Manfridi - who calls himself "Scarface" - because he just couldn't stop logging into Facebook. An unnamed Washington juvenile broke into an office furniture store, but left plenty of clues for authorities to track him down when he logged into his Myspace account and tried to sell the stolen items online. Tattoo artist Christopher K. Crego skipped town before being sentenced in an assault on another man, but he too...

The more Christianity plays into the society, the more gays are persecuted. The same is true for gender roles. The more strict the role, the less tolerant.

I mention religion because it seems that western settlers who brought the bible also eroded native thoughts on more open expressions of sexuality.

Native Americans, India Indians, Polynesians, etc were all more accepting of being gay than they have become under Western/Christian influences.

www.dafont.com

It has great fonts, many that have been used on tattoos before, or could be used.

The ones above are nice fonts that I just picked off hand after reading your description.
These could easily be replicated in a good tattoo parlour.
